Defoamers
Entrained air in cement and gypsum-based mortars, self-leveling compounds, screeds, and fillers is major nuisance and leads inevitably to a loss of quality in high performance systems. Entrained air weakens the system resulting in lower mechanical strength and reduced abrasion resistance. In addition, surface air bubbles often compromise the desired quality requirements of high-end products. AEROPEC defoamers allow user to achieve a higher bulk density, higher flexural, tensile and compressive strengths, improved abrasion resistance, and defect free surface. AEROPEC defoamers are APEO free, low VOC and comply to US and EU regulations.
Recommended applications for AEROPEC defoamers: Cement and Gypsum based Mortars, Self leveling Compounds, Screeds, and Fillers.

Shrinkage Reducers
METALUB B800 shrinkage reducing agents were developed in close cooperation with the admixture industry. The reduction in the capillary pressure and the stress in the pore structure, results in markedly reduced shrinkage and the prevention of crack formation. METALUB B800 shrinkage reducing agents has a strong impact on the appearance and durability of concrete materials. METALUB B800 series shrinkage reducing agents, low VOC content, follow the most stringent eco label requirements such as EMICODE EC1PLUS.
