Large quantities of foam and entrained air created in the manufacturing process for pulp and paper affect overall productivity and quality. AEROPEC defoamers and deaerators were formulated by our research and development department in close cooperation with our customers. Our products are used in kraft pulp, coating and size press, paper and board, and wastewater treatment.
Defoamers
Entrained air and surface foam are nuisance for paper and board production and cause various technical problems including reduced washing efficiency, sheet breaks and defects, loss of system additives, and more. AEROPEC in depth process knowledge and specialized defoamers and deaerators help paper producers Inhibits foam and enhances stock dewatering, in addition AEROPEC defoamers and deaerators have a positive effect on paper machine runnability and productivity. Biocides
Most detergents and cleaner found in households today are water-based systems. These products are prone to microbiological contamination and to be safe for consumers to use they require protection by preserving agents. When choosing a suitable preservative for a household product and cleaner there are various factors to consider – compatibility with other ingredients, pH value, legal approvals and climate conditions. A single active ingredient usually can not meet these demands alone.
