Metalub toll manufacturing services is based on an in-depth knowledge of products and processes, state of the art manufacturing facilities and record for quality, safety, consistency and environmental caring and compliance. Metalub production units are located in Israel and Czech republic and can service the European and middle east markets.Production is based on batch processes that can run volumes from 200 to 25,000 liters and finished products can be packaged to meet customer specifications in volumes from 1 liter to ISO-containers and bulk tanks. Our production capabilities include: Blending of liquid/liquid, liquid/powder dispersions, high temperatures (up to 200°C), Low temperatures (down to -10°C), Emulsification, Homogenization, High pressure wax emulsions, Esterification, Ethoxylation.

Dangerous goods storage at Metalub is at separated designated areas, respective to their ADR classifications. The total warehousing capacity of our chemical warehousing facility in Israel exceeds 4,000 square meters, and capacity for over 4,000 pallets. This capacity is available for several types of dangerous goods, such as aerosols, corrosive liquids, acids, solvents, alcohols, etc. Metalub has signed long-term cooperation with small to medium scale companies in agriculture, coating, metalworking to store, blend, fill, repackage and deliver liquid chemicals to clients throughout Israel and the middle east. Metalub chemical storage and equipment are maintained and operated according to strict international standards, and in full compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
